Making A Purchase


UK ORDERS

We are up to date with all orders, and able to ship to the United Kingdom as usual. Please note though, there may still be slight delays with Royal Mail delivery in some areas of the UK.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE UK

We ship to many countries outside the UK. Please check the dropdown country list at the checkout to see if we ship to your country. At the present time, due to coronavirus, there are delays to some countries outside the UK. It is impossible to predict how long the delays may still be in some countries, so please check your countries postal situation. We send all orders outside the UK by Air Mail delivery, and hope that most orders will arrive between 2 to 4 weeks. Whilst we will obviously take responsibility for you ultimately receiving your order, please only order if you are willing to accept potential delays and are happy to wait longer than usual. We are unable to look into any delivery delays until at least 4 weeks has passed from the shipping date (8 weeks for orders to Russia)

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments online and PayPal payments. All our prices are in UK pound sterling. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your card company will subsequently convert the transaction to your own countries currency.

Please note goods cannot be despatched until payment has been received in full.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If you do not wish to pay online or through PayPal, you can also call us on+44 ( 0)1427 811765.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please Note: We sell our products for our customers individual use only. You are NOT permitted to resell them without prior consent. Consent cannot be given for resale within any other country outside the United Kingdom.


**IMPORT TAXES - IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:**

All orders from countries outside the UK are not charged our local 20% tax, and sent tax-free. You will therefore be charged import taxes and duties when the goods you have ordered are brought into your country. You are responsible for paying ALL taxes and duties incurred, plus any additional admin charges. You are also responsible for checking that the products you order are allowed to be imported into your country.
To place an order, you have to tick to confirm your agreement to all these terms, including these above, and therefore if you subsequently either change your mind (once the order has been shipped), refuse the order, or if your order is returned to use due to non payment of customs duties, the initial shipping cost paid will be deducted from your refund.

Please check with your local postal service for potential customs charges if you are unsure.
Due to air mail weight restrictions, some heavier orders may be split and shipped in more than one parcel. In this instance, customs charges and admin charges would be charged on each individual parcel, based on the contents.

Shipping and Handling


UK ORDERS:

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £30 delivered within the United Kingdom.
For orders under £30, delivery is charged at just £2.85 for delivery anywhere within the UK
There is also an upgraded delivery option at checkout for UK delivery.
Most orders are despatched within 1-2 working days, and are usually sent through first class Royal Mail or Royal Mail parcel delivery. Orders over £100 may need signing for.
Please allow a total of 5 working days for UK delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping is charged based on weight for air mail delivery to all countries outside the UK. You will be able to see the total of your order including shipping before you are asked to confirm your order. Orders are normally despatched by air mail within 1-2 working days, and are sent by signed or tracked air mail (if this service is available to your country) Delivery is currenlty taking between 2-4 weeks, due to the delays from Coronavirus, though they could also take longer with any customs delays.

ITALY - Italian customs are experiencing severe backlogs and parcels are being held up in customs and border security. All parcels do eventually get through customs but please expect parcels to take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. We appriciate your understanding.

NON-DELIVERY

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, and being at the address for delivery. If the parcel is unable to be delivered and isn't collected within the time frame provided by your local delivery company, the shipping cost originally paid will be deducted from any refund once the parcel is returned back to us.

Please therefore check the tracking information provided within your despatch email. If you haven't received the tracking information within 7 days from the date of your order, please contact us.

Delivery Schedule



All orders are usually processed and despatched within 2 working days (our working days are Monday - Friday)

Our business is running and despatching all orders as normal.
There are no delays with our despatch, however please be aware that there may be significant delays to deliveries to some countries outside of the United Kingdom. All international orders are sent by air mail through the standard postal service.

Please check the current delivery situation in your own country before ordering.

UK ORDERS are usually sent through Royal Mail or parcel delivery.

We currently offer two delivery service levels for UK orders:

UPGRADED - Despatched through Royal Mail delivery (delivery aim, 2-3 working days)
STANDARD - Despatched through Royal Mail delivery (delivery aim 3-5 working days)

FREE DELIVERY is available for orders over £30 to any destination in the UK

Orders over £100 may require a signature on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are usually shipped by air mail, and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to most countries, though is taking longer at present due to delays from the impact of Coronavirus. (**see below for information on shipping to Russia) Large orders may be split into more than one parcel, due to air mail weight restrictions.

Please allow a total of 3 weeks for delivery before contacting us, to allow for customs delays.

Tax Charges


Tax is charged for orders made from, or for delivery to the UK at an additional 20% VAT
All other orders are tax free.

Our site features a secure system of credit card authorisation and payment using Sellerdeck Payments (NMI).

Before you are asked to enter any credit card information, you are connected to a secure server, and your payment information is encrypted using 128 bit encryption. This ensures safe transmission and privacy of all your card details.
Your payment information is not stored on our computers.

In this privacy policy, "we" and "our" relates to Aromesse Ltd, company number 4607142, a company registered in England and Wales.

"You" and "your" relates to the natural person reading this document that is: considering purchasing, has purchased from Aromesse Ltd or is making an enquiry.

How We Use Your Personal Data
We will use the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order for the purpose of fulfilling that order.

Along with, or instead of, placing an order you may have sent an enquiry to us, in which we will use the information you've provided to respond to and answer the enquiry.

We may contact you by telephone, email or other means in relation to your order, for example: notifying you of delivery status, updating you on stock availability or informing you of changes with the order. You cannot opt out of these communications. We will never combine these communications with marketing promotions that you have a legal right to opt out of.

We may occasionally use the data you supplied, in our own Legitimate Interest, to send details of products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. What Data Do We Hold?
We hold the personal data that you supplied in the course of placing your order or enquiry.

The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order.

We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, live chat, CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and phone.

We will not seek personal information from you relating to race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical or genetic history and we ask you not to provide such information to us under any circumstances.

How We Hold Your Personal Data
We will retain the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order or an enquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling that order, responding to or processing that enquiry.

If you place an order, we will retain an electronic copy of your invoice data for the period required by HMRC, after which we will delete it.

Returns Policy

- You contact us within 60 days of your first purchase (please note, you must contact us before returning any products)

Please just keep all original packaging (jar, bottle, tube etc), as we you will need to return these, even if they have been used.
You must contact us BEFORE returning any product(s).
On receipt of the used/unused products, we will refund the full cost of the products less any postage charges.
You are responsible for the full postage cost of returning the products to us, and we recommend that you always obtain a proof of posting.

This offer is unconditional, but you can only obtain a refund for each product only once, and up to a maximum of two of the same product, from your first order. After receiving a refund, you may continue to purchase the product again in the future, but it will no longer be covered by our money back guarantee.

Please note, this guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through this website.

In addition to our money back guarantee terms-

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by first contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days from receipt. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. All goods returned must be unopened and unused and in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
