Our products are available for ordering securely online, and can be purchased by browsing our products, and adding them to your basket.

We send our products to all countries worldwide EXCEPT New Zealand. Unfortunately we are no longer able to send our products to customers in New Zealand, due to MAFF veterinary import restrictions.

Your credit card details are secure and encrypted using highly secure 128 ssl technology, before being sent to Actinic Secure Payments (CreditCall) for secure online authorisation.

We are able to accept payment by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, plus American Express, Eurocard, JCB, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards.

We also accept payment by Paypal.

We ship worldwide, with low shipping charges. Please note, all prices on this website are in £ (UK pound sterling). Approximate conversions to US$ are given on most pages, but for an accurate conversion, please use the currency converters provided.

Our prices include VAT at 17.5% (from 01/01/2010). This will be deducted automatically for all overseas non-EEC countries. You are however responsible in full for paying any import taxes and duties that some countries charge. Larger orders may be split into more than one parcel.
