  • Payment Options

We accept credit card payment by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, plus American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard, JCB, Switch, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards.

We also accept UK personal cheques and international money orders.

We offer a secure system of transmission of credit card details.  You may also choose to provide your credit card number by fax, phone or post.  We do not recommend that you send your credit card details by email, as this is not secure.

 

  • Delivery Charges

All orders in the UK - FREE delivery for all orders.  Delivery is by royal mail.
International Orders
- Up to 23% is automatically added to your order for air mail delivery to any country in the world  (minimum charge £1).  You will be able to see the total of your order including shipping before you are asked to confirm your order.

  • Local Taxes and Duties

Orders to certain international countries may attract local taxes or import duties.  It is the full responsibility of the customer to pay any local or import duties that may be applicable in all countries. Please also note that there is a maximum weight that can be sent by air mail, so some international orders may be split into more than one parcel, which may incur individual customs and import charges.
Please check with your local customs office in advance if you are in any doubt.

  • Delivery Times

All Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days.
UK orders are sent through first class Royal Mail or Royal Mail parcel delivery.
All International orders are sent by Air Mail -  delivery usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks.

 


 

  • Unconditional Guarantee

We genuinely want you to be delighted with your purchase, and therefore in addition to the distance selling regulations, which gives you 7 days to change your mind about your purchase after receipt of goods, all our products are also backed by our unconditional satisfaction guarantee, which means you can try our products and then decide.

If for any reason whatsoever, you are not delighted with your purchase, we will give you a full immediate refund (including delivery charges) - no questions asked.  You may request a refund through our online refund request form, by telephone on 01427 811765.

  • Damaged Goods

Please notify us of any damaged goods within 3 days of receipt

All goods remain the property of Aromesse until paid for in full.

 

These terms do not affect your statutory rights in law
